Know which card to use before you check out.
A free Chrome extension that shows which of your credit cards earns the most on the site you're shopping. Add your cards once, then click RouteZero at any checkout.
Free. No bank logins and no card numbers.
Three steps, then it's one click at every checkout.
Card issuers pay rewards by how a store codes its purchases. RouteZero knows the codes and your cards' rules, so you don't have to.
Add the cards you carry
Pick them from a list of 46 popular US cards from Chase, American Express, Capital One, Citi, Discover, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, U.S. Bank and more. No card numbers, no logins.
Shop the way you already do
RouteZero recognizes about 100 major stores, restaurants, airlines, hotels and subscriptions, and knows which category each one's purchases fall in.
See your best card at checkout
Click RouteZero, or turn on suggestions and it shows up on the store's page by itself. See the card that earns the most, what it earns on every $100.00, and how your other cards compare.
See where each card earns the most
The wallet page lists your best card for every kind of purchase, and shows where a card you don't have would earn more.
Built on how card rewards actually work
The fine print decides what you earn. RouteZero reads it for you.
Store codes, not guesses
Groceries at Walmart code as a discount store, so a grocery card earns its base rate there. RouteZero ranks by the code the store really uses.
Your bonus picks count
Choose-your-category cards like U.S. Bank Cash+ and Bank of America Customized Cash earn their bonus on the categories you picked.
Points or cash, your call
Value points as a statement credit or at a typical travel value. The ranking follows how you actually redeem.
Nothing to connect
No bank logins, no card numbers and no purchase history. Your list of cards is saved in your Chrome profile.

Questions, answered
Is it free?
Yes. If you apply for a card through a link in RouteZero, we may earn a referral fee from the issuer. That never changes the ranking: cards are always ordered by what they earn you.
Do I have to connect my bank or enter card numbers?
No. You pick your cards from a list. RouteZero never asks for card numbers, bank logins or your purchase history.
How accurate are the rates?
They come from each card's published terms. Spending caps, rotating categories you haven't activated and how a particular store codes a purchase can change what you earn, so check your card's terms for the details.
What if a site isn't recognized?
RouteZero reads the store's own page to work out what it sells, and ranks your cards for that. If it guesses wrong, tell it once and it remembers. With no clues at all, it shows your best card for everyday spending.
